WHAT TO WEAR — RAGE ROOM SAFETY

For your safety, all Rage Room participants are required to wear:

• Closed-toe, secure shoes

• Long pants

• Sleeved shirts

👟 FOOTWEAR REQUIREMENTS

Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED. Crocs are NOT permitted, even when worn with the heel strap.

We also strongly discourage Hey Dudes and similar soft-soled or lightweight shoes because they provide less protection from broken glass, sharp debris, and other materials that may be present during a Rage Room session.

For the best protection, we recommend sneakers, work shoes, or other sturdy, fully enclosed footwear with a durable sole.

👕 LONG SLEEVES = MORE PROTECTION

Long-sleeved shirts are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We know—it’s Florida and it’s HOT! ☀️ But safety is our #1 priority.

Consider bringing a lightweight hoodie, jacket, fishing shirt, or long-sleeved layer that you can easily throw on just for your session.

NOT DRESSED FOR THE RAGE ROOM?

Participants who arrive without appropriate protective clothing will be required to purchase a full-body protective coverall for $8 per person before participating.

Please come dressed to smash safely. Proper clothing and footwear help protect you so you can focus on the fun! 💥

We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend your scheduled experience, please contact us as soon as possible so we can open that time slot for another customer.

Reservations may be rescheduled to another available date within 60 days of the original reservation date. All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

If something unexpected comes up, please contact us. We're happy to work with you whenever possible to move your experience to another available date.

NO-SHOW POLICY: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation and do not contact Smash It prior to their appointment will forfeit their reservation and payment. No refund or reschedule will be provided for a no-show.

Certainly, you can bring additional items into your session if desired!

All items brought are subject to review prior to session for safety and disposal precautions.

We highly recommend booking sessions online to ensure availability and minimize wait times.

However, you can always call ahead to book and Walk-ins are welcome too! These appointments are subject to availability and may have a wait time.

Each room in equipped with a bluetooth speaker. Connect, crank it up, and let the bass drop match the intensity of your experience. The playlist is all yours!

SMASH IT is always looking for items that can be safely repurposed for our Rage Room experiences. Whether you're cleaning out a garage, moving, remodeling, clearing an estate, or wondering what to do with everything left after a garage or estate sale, give us a call before hauling it all away!

We accept donations of all kinds, including:

Appliances • Electronics • TVs • Computers • Home Décor • Lamps • Glassware • Dishes • Picture Frames • VHS Tapes • Records • Wooden Furniture • Cabinets • Countertops • Fixtures • Ceiling Fans • Small Household Items • Office Equipment • Scrap Items • Vehicles/Cars and much more!

HAVE A LOT TO GET RID OF?

We may be able to help with pickup or junk removal for larger donations, estate cleanouts, garage-sale leftovers, remodel materials, and bulk items, depending on the items, quantity, location, and our current needs.

Please contact us before dropping off large items or bulk donations. Not every item can be safely accepted, and some items may require prior approval.
