In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we do request at least 24 hours' notice to honor a reschedule request. The fee remains non-refundable, and no cash value refunds will be issued.

All no-show appointments are nonrefundable and reschedules are not authorized. A "no-show" is defined as a participant failing to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Participants must arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled session to confirm signed waiver, attend safety briefing and get geared up. Please be mindful that arriving late could result in a shorter session. No refunds will be issued.
