Rules and Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your session and receive a full refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment. No refunds will be issued same day.
All participants must wear proper closed-toe shoes. Individuals in flip flops or open toed shoes will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
A safety waiver must be completed for each participant prior to engaging in the activity.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each youth/minor participant. Participates 12 y/o and younger must be accompanied by a participating adult during shatter sessions. Under the age of 8? Check out our Paint Splatter Rooms
Participants must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled session to confirm signed waiver, attend safety briefing and get suited up. The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have in the rooms to demolish your breakables. Each time slot is booked in advance, please be mindful that arriving late will result in a shorter session. No refunds will be issued. All breakables are subject to availability and can be substituted for alternative items of equal value in packages.

Splatter sessions welcome participants aged three and older.
Rage sessions are exclusive to individuals aged 10 years and above.
