We understand things happen in life beyond anyone's control.
In the event that you are unable to attend, we do request at least 24 hours' notice to honor a reschedule request for a better date in the future. The fee remains non-refundable, and no cash value refunds will be issued.
All Sales are Final. To reschedule your session, you must contact us no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No refunds will be issued. You can use a store credit for a later date.
All participants must wear proper closed-toe shoes. Individuals in flip flops or open toed shoes will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.
A safety waiver must be completed for each participant prior to engaging in the activity.

Participants must arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled session to confirm signed waiver, attend safety briefing and get suited up. The amount of time listed on the package is the time you have in the rooms to demolish your breakables. Each time slot is booked in advance, please be mindful that arriving late will result in a shorter session. No refunds will be issued. All breakables are subject to availability and can be substituted for alternative items of equal value in packages.

Splatter sessions welcome participants aged three and older.
Rage sessions are exclusive to individuals aged 10 years and above.
